Discussions that mention vicodin

So sorry to hear your news. No matter what, it is always difficult to hear- even when expected. You are in my thoughts.

Under my particular circumstances (though everyone is different), Clomid was not successful. At least the gonadotropins produced some results. My poor 33 year old ovaries went from stagnant, non-producing organs that would have made fabulous paperweights or pencil eraser tips, to having at least a little action- albiet cysts- but still some kind of response. My RE says it is a good sign, I, on the other hand, am still trying to process it. They are liquid gold as far as costs (for me without insurance $1000.00 for one cycle and as high as 4,600.00 for another...many in between) , but I would venture to say...well worth it...especially if they are successful. The clomid just made me plain mean. My moods were all over the place. I would cook my DH dinner one minute and then threaten to beat him with it the next. It really was not pretty. :) Injectables...I was much more stable. Enough said. :) AHH..marital bliss.

The lap surgery, not a biggie. I have had 2, and the worst part was the CO2 gas building up in my shoulder. Now, ask my DH, and he may say I was the exorcist (maybe that is why he spent so much time at the bar) but in my opinion, I was a pretty good sport. Both I had done on a Friday and was back to work on Monday. I was a little sore, but nothing vicodin couldn't help with. :)

I hope your lap surgery is clear and you have success this next time. Good luck! Keep us posted.
