I've got a question, and only reply if you really do know. If you think you should only consume 20-40 grams of protein a day, and you think you know everything, you might, but not in my world, so no need to reply and I'd prefer you didn't. I've been working out off and on since I was 13. I've never heard that protein causes acne before. What might be causing the Acne is the fats you're eating that are associated with high protein diets. But there's definately a connection, b/c for the last 4 months I've laid off the weights and my skin has been clearing up. I have a dilemna though. I'm going to take Dianabol, Deca-Durabolin, and Winstrol. These are all steroids, but they don't produce the extra skin oils that are caused by testerone based steroids. This stack puts on atleast 20lbs of solid, muscle and by ending with Winstrol, your looking like a statue carved by Michealangelo. If you have any good advice that would prevent a future breakout, I'd really appreciate it. I'm also going to be consuming atleast 100mg of protein a day, but i'm going to shoot for 180mg b/c I'm 5'8" and 160lbs, and my target weight is 180lbs.
