karenee-
Seems we have a bit in common! I am also 26, married with 2 boys. My oldest is 8 and has Cerebral Palsy, my little one is 3 in 2 weeks. I know how you feel! It can be very stressful (but great, too!) being a young parent, especially of ones with specialneeds. I've had some anxiety issues myself, and I know what it's like to want my hubby "hurry up"... cause I'm just not in the mood very often.
I've found that taking a short break by myself in the evenings (when I get the chance!) can really help! I've started doing some simple yoga exercises for relaxation - which helps out alot. My doc also perscribed me Xanax. I take it on evenings when my nerves and anxiety are really acting up, or when my anxiety stops me from sleeping. I'm not saying to run to the doc and ask for Xanax, but for me It's been a helper (though I don't use it very often). Xanax is addictive, and must be used with caution!
I hope you find some coping and relaxations tecniques that work out for you! Best of luck! :)
