if your saying no to pressure ease then your saying no to all those herbs . Those arent even herbs. Herbs are food. Celery and cayenne is great and i take those now. My diet is changed and i dont eat salt and never have. Im not gonna take this verapamil or ziac much longer and no i wont tell my doc im taking the herbs. He is against all herbs and vitamins too. ONly more drugs will help is his answer

Remember, doctors practice medicine... not herbs and supplements. I take Niacin for my cholesterol and my blood pressure has dropped quite a bit. I also take a multivitamin and KYOLIC aged garlic blend with HAWTHORNE and as I posted before: (These supplements have been tested in research studies) also several times a week add 400 IU's of natural vit E and a B-COMPLEX vitamin w/800mcg of FOlic acid.

Note: Unless your high blood pressure is severe > 180/110 these supplements will definitely help and also strengthen the heart and arteries.

Calcium 1-1.5 gram
Magnesium 500 mg
Coenzyme Q10 20 mg 3 times per day
Vitamin C 1-3 grams
Zinc 15-30 mg
Garlic (odorless) 500-1000 mg

P.S. Your doctor would laugh if you mentioned these supplements. He would probably call Dr. Whitaker or Dr. Murray (quacks)
