I've been smoking for 5 years now, not much compared to most people here! I injured my back about 5 months ago and I needed to get into shape. My doctor told me to quit smoking and start exercising. The first time I quit smoking, and it worked. I used ZYBAN and it helped me. It did not take all the effects of quitting smoking but it eased them a little. The only bad thing about ZYBAN is that it costs ALOT of money. Cost me about 100 dollars for a months worth. I can say it was WORTH the money to quit. I've been smoke free for 3 weeks tomorrow night at 9:30 pm. I still get cravings for the occasional ciggy, just because everyone I hang out with smokes, about 90% of 'em. That made it a little difficult, but with a strong mind and good will, anyone could do it.
