Allergies board

Hmmm...well...they can't tell which one causes a reaction at that moment unless it is the only allergen you are around at the time it occurs. In other words, if they put you in sterile room with dust mites and you have a reaction, then it was the dustmites. It seems to be that with the allergies you have and your lifestyle, immunotherapy (allergy shots) would be the way to go. The serum would be mixed for all your allergens in order to give you the best method to become desensitized to them.

Zyrtec (reactine/cetirizine whatever it is called there) could also be helpful as it is good for animal allergies.

Are shots not available in Australia?
