: : I would like to know how many people have had 50% or greater relief with magnets. I am 2 for 2 so far. And want to hear about more... Thanks.

: I've used a magnetic mattress for about 2 years from one of the most reputable companies. It was miraculous when I first began using it. However, it works well for me when I'm having problems with spasming. It has no real effect for general FM pain.
: In my case once I got the spasming under control I could handle the general pain. I removed the mattress about a month ago and bought a new air type mattress for the bed. I've had a difficult time finding a GOOD mattress because my condition changes
: frequently. Sometimes I need firmer and sometimes softer, now I can adjust it to satisfy, thus sleep deeper and longer. So, to answer you, yes it works, but mostly for spasming. You can do just as well or better if a good mattress is purchased in the first place.
: If you can't change to a better mattress, then a magnetic pad is a good alternative, but not a magic pill. My Chiro actually will place a magnet on a muscle if it begins to spasm when she's working on me, and it always instantly stops the spasm with no further
: intervention. Will this work for all of you? Who knows? Each person is different!

I 've found that I get almost instent felife w/ mags. But it is only a bandain affect .Have found nothing perminent although Sam-e has helped in many you have any answers?
