: : : I am a victim of GWS. I have lost health, my husband, my family and friends, my job, my health insurance and slowly but surely my sanity. I have gone thru 19 surgeries and 4 bouts of cancer. I have mycoplasma fermentans incognitus. I have many chemicals in my bloodstream. I have lupus, MS and thyroid problems to name just a few of my problems. I would love to hear from fellow sufferers and/or anyone wanting to give support and lend an "ear" for me to speak to.
: : hi my ex husband is very sick from the gulf war. At least that is what he thinks. Could you please tell me what mycoplasma fermentans incognitus is. Thanks

: i found mycoplasma ingognitas with the search engine " it's supposed to a prodeuct of biochemical warfare developed in the lab.
: the antibiotic "doxycycline is supposed to have good effects against it. i'm not sure about it's origination but i did find research on mycoplasma fermentans in the nih and pubmed. they are alos researching american soldiers in korea now with some sort of affliction. you may try a supplement called msm that might give you some relief. i think it works against mycoplasma.
: good luck and keep trying things!
Try contacting Dr. Garth Nicholson in Irvine, Ca.
or Leslee Dudley in San Diego (mycoplasma registry)
Both can refer you to a doctor that will treat mycoplasma fermentens. I tested positive 3 years ago. I was on antibiotics for one year and happy to say I am better. There have also been seminars at Scripps Clinic in La Jolla California.
