Hi Victoria,

I am sooo sorry about your neice. My step daughter was born with a very rare form of Cerebral Palsy. There isn't another case documented, in the genetic computer database, in the world.

I'm glad you did write about the Arnold Chiari Malformation and your experienc with it. I am interested in as much info as I can get. No, I do not have any impediments, but my Step Mother who is 44 (4 years older than me) and is the B-word, asked me yesterday if I had ADD. I can't imagine where and why she asked since I haven't talked to her in months. She is just too weird for words. I did have a mild form of spinal bifida, which was found on an x-ray, many, many years ago. Supposedly my grandmother had it too. I somewhat remember the doctor telling me I would outgrow it, as the skeleton sheds every 7 years or so. I have never had a problem with it or noticed it. I had a lower back injury which is how they found it. It's in my tail bone...instead of coming to a point it flared out. I haven't had a lower back x-ray in 20 years, so I don't know if it went away or what. Might be worth checking into when I go back to the Neuro on the 14th. It's possible it is heriditary and I passed it on to my daughter.

Please if you have any more info on this ACM or anything concerning your neck spasms and headaches...pass it on to me. I am agressivly seeking help myself, so I don't hve to go to the Pain Clinic for lifelong Pain Mangament. There you are just a number.
