Another view - I joined a fitness center and did ligit aerobics and a light workout 5 times a week for 3 months. I did enjoy the exercise and felt really good right after doing it. But a couple of hours later - and eventually throughout the day - my palps, heart rate and blood pressure increased and stayed that way. Hope it doesn't work this way for you, but if it does, this was my experience. Good luck!

: My doctor has assured me that exercise is not totally safe but can actually help the palps!! Exercise releases certain hormones and such in your body, plus it relieves stress. If you feel palps during exercise, don't be afraid!! Try to blow it off (I know it isn't easy). She also told me that walking is the best exercise even if you don't have palps. I walk on my treadmill every day for 5 miles which takes me about 45 minutes. When I first started I did 2 miles in 25 minutes, so I've conditioned myself to move it up. You can swing your arms and tense your ab muscles, this really adds to your workout. So, put on some booty bumpin' music and get going!! You'll feel better =) Let me know how it goes okay?
