See below inline comments...

: I just took my last does of Valtex this morning. I also had a UTI with my ob, finished up that medication a few days ago. As I took the last Valtrex, I wondered, "ok..what do I do now?"
: Do I go ahead and get another scrip filled so I have Valtex on hand if I have symptoms again?

*** Definately, its good to have it onhand.

: How long do I have to wait until I have sex with my boyfriend now?

*** I would wait untill you both have talked this through and he knows everything about it.

: Was I on the Valtex long enough? I still feel very minor itching at night.

***If you are having symptoms often and it is effecting your day to day life, consider going on suppressive therapy. That way you always have meds and you can slowely ween yourself down to smaller doses untill you have your symptoms under control, eventually to recurrent therapy.

: I do not want to sit on pins and needles waiting for the next one, but yet, in a way, that's what I feel like I am doing.

*** See above comment about suppressive therapy... It really takes about a year or two for your body to get the virus under control, might as well make it easy on yourself.

: I actually have a scrip for Xanax 0.5 three times a day as needed (for severe PMS)....should I start taking that everyday to help keep my life as stress-free as possible?

*** Sounds good to me but I know nothing about mixing meds.

: In other words...what now? Do any of you remember feeling this way after your primary outbreak?

*** Yup, been there...
