Just thought I would let everyone know how I lowered my blood pressure. I take 300 mg of magnesium, chromium, calcium, vitamin c. 1000mg of omega 3-omega 6, multil oil formula. this contains fish oil, flax seed oil wheat germ oil,evening primrose oil, borage oil, and black currant oil. I started taking these a month ago. My blood pressure was 200/110. I am a 35 year old female. My blood pressure in the last two weeks has maintained at 140/72 or close to it. I am very happy with these results. I searched long and hard on the internet for some natural solutions. Well I found it! Hope you all get your blood pressure down too. There is nothing worse than a high blood pressure headache! yeow!
