Foods for BP - well I'm not sure food is all that important in all cases. And I know that there's controversy over whether salt actually aggravates BP. Alcohol is certainly supposed to raise it. But then again I'm a runner and I eat naturally healthy - very little processed food, lots of fruit and vege, cereals, bread, meat (not processed). I really don't see why you need a diet as such. And as a runner I have to be conscious that I take in enough salt so I listen to my body as far as that goes. In summer if I crave crisps - I eat them.

I reckon if for the most part, what you eat doesn't come out of a tin or a packet - you're fine.
