Thanks, Aileen for the info. I don't have an herbalist, but I am going to look for one in my area. I live in a rural area in Southern California (as rural as it can get here) and we don't have access to everything. I have started taking a natural diruretic called Edemex made by the same company that makes Hyperbalance. I will let you know how that is doing. JoAnn
