MSM is methyl sulphonyl urea or some such thing. Its an organic form of sulphur mostly being touted as a cure for arthritis. There's a few websites devoted to it. Its described as a bit of an allie (sp?) to dimethyl sulphoxide or DMSO which is a solvent/ very powerful carrier which is being looked at for its propoerties in relation to decreasing inflammation from arthritis. I don't know enough about it to comment but its website seems to ascribe all sort of wonderful properties to it. Its being sold for chelation therapy which is controversial in itself. To be honest I have no idea where the blood pressure bit comes in. I am only sure that its probably being sold for much more than its worth. But if it works who am I to say. I'd be concerned about its purity if I was buying it. That is the prime issue with DMSO.

Have a look at some of the websites and maybe Lars can say why he is using it for BP
