Hello JD, I hope you are feeeling better by now, either by "treatment" or "relaxation excercises" etc.
Just in case, I would like to offer some encouragement and a couple of suggestions..

especially in light of your statement about " Stressed sometimes "..

At the age of 29, one can still be in the latest stages of adolescence ( Physically ) in which you may experience
lowering of hormone levels, Such as "testosterone"... which can produce feelings of "stress and Anxiety" ..and Hypertension..
The tests should be conducted under the guidance of a good Endocrinologist.. At your age The Hypertension can almost certainly be reduced or controlled
once the cause is found.. But in the process Please be sure to obtain copies of all Medical records, Test results and Correspondence
between your Family Dr. and any "specialist".. They can keep sloppy "shorthand Notes" , and if you
can check that early on, you will be able to keep things on track and receive the proper treatment sooner.

Best To You and All
