Hi,
Over the past two weeks I have been having pounding headaches at the base of my neck/skull. They always wake me up early in the AM (about 5:30). The pain is terrible, but it always goes away when I get going in the morning. I have also been hot all the time, when I am usualy always cold and need a lot of sweaters to keep warm. I also have had some blood in my nose in the morning when I wake up and blow ny nose. I am 35 and had previous problems with hypertension. My blood pressure was borderline and my doctor let me control it through diet(vegetarian) and exercise. I understand hypertension doesn't usually have symptoms but has anyone ever had these type of headaches and an elevated blood pressure? Thanks for your help.
