Can people become obsessed about their BP? I know that it changes all the time, but since I had (what the Dr.s call) a vagus reaction 1 yr ago, (that is where your bp drops) and they said that I was a healthy young girl, but now anytime I feel a certain way I will take it with my at home monitor. Alot of times it might not read it and I have to take it several times before I get a readding, when it does this it scares me and I think it is too high, or too low......when I took it it was 109/91 p. was like 109 too high.....normmally mine is 110/70. I wonder if I work myself up and this causes the bp to go up? I sometimes wish I would throw the thing away , because it is in my head that I am worried that my bp will drop again , like it did 1 yr ago. ANybody?
