: : I am taking something with Black radish & charcoal in it.I can't find a single thing on the black radish, but a friend told me the charcoal had long term effects? any opinion? thanks Krissy

: Hi Krissy,
: Charcoal tablets absorb toxins and are good for gas and bloating but it also absorbs nutrients so it should not be used daily or at the same time you take medicine or supplements. I don't known much about herbs.
