From what you describe it seems rather apparent you are slowly working your way to 'anxiety attacks or panic attacks'. When you run into crowds then hide in the bathroom it suggests that you also have a 'touch' of Agoraphobia, (fear of being in public places...for one). I have suffered with both for over 15yrs. I am 100% Disabled because of them. I wish you the very best of luck. The sooner you get effective treatment the less 'aggressive' your symptoms will be. My disorder went undiagnosed or treated for four years. I also led a very 'high paced lifestyle' filled with stress and excessive public exposure. Clonezepam and Elavil in combinations your doctor can prescribe seem to be the best relief,...at least for me. I wish you the very best and may God Bless.
