I'm a 22yr old guy, and for as long as I can remember, I've had stomach problems. When I was younger, I would always have "large" bowel movements, so much so that they became a running joke in my family. Cute, eh? Anyways, for at least the past few years, I've had to deal with constipation and diarhea. I would'nt go for like, maybe a week or so, and then have it really painfully and whatnot. The only time I had diarhea was when I went on vacation or something (nerves?)

The longest I went without going to the bathroom, that I can remember, was 3 weeks. Then it all came out, and I literally was at the point of passing out from the pain. The time before that, I almost threw up because of it. Then after that, it was like a week again, then 2 weeks, then a week, and now this. I havent had a "solid" movement in over 2 weeks. The diarhea is a daily thing, usually several times a day. The past few days, though, have been rough. I haven't really produced much of anything, but I still feel bloated and feel like I have to go. When I was constipated a lot, I was afraid to go, because it hurt so much.

My mom, aunt, and grandma (I think) all have stomach problems, and I know my mom at least has IBS. I think my stomach problems are stress-related, because I've been going through a lotta family problems lately. I don't know what to do now, however. I have no medical coverage to speak of, or a job to help pay for doctor's visits. I'm at my wits ends with the whole thing, and my parents know I've had an upset stomach recently, but maybe not this bad. I know my diet is horrible, and I don't exercise enough, but I lack motivation to try and change it. I don't really know why I posted this, I came across the board and figured I would see what other people are doing to cope with this kinda thing. Any ideas/comments/etc would really be appreciated, thanks.
