First of all know that is help out there. In my own case with cutting I have noticed that the first step is simply saying that you will not use cutting to deal with your promblems anymore. I know you get that rush and that need to "do something" now! But you must be firm with your self about this. Get way from anyone or any room in the house which has sharp things. Get in the car go for a drive. Go to a feild some where and scearm your little heart out. Or maybe you have a friend who can deal with your inteasa emotions and you can call them up and tell how you feel. Sometimes saying how much you want to cut or scearming, will make the feeling past. Sometimes doing something phyical lie running or punching a punch bag does it. Sit down and think about it. Sit down and write out a list of things you can do instand of cutting. Follow that list next time you feel like cutting. Join a support group in your area for cutters like youself. check the net for lists. As for your other prombles, maybe you need to try different medation. Don't go with out a therispt, if you feel this strongly now. When things calm down you'll see that you can live with depresion.
