I quit smoking on New Years of this year, so it's been roughly 3 weeks and some days, however, I relapsed and had one cigarette one week following new years-BUT that was it, none since, my cravings are very limited and my withdrawl symptoms decreased to none after the first week however, this week I feel like crap, I don't know if it is the flu but it feels like I smoked TOO much last night (you all know that feeling) even though I didn't smoke at all, maybe my lungs are ridding themselves of all the toxins from the past I don't know. Does anyone know approximately how long the withdrawl symptoms last and if I should still be experincing them!? Thank you muchly
