I can't believe I found this message board! Just today I am feeling very flulike, depressed, etc. This comes
and goes. The newest thing I have had is almost like vertigo, but I know it's not. I have also
been to doctors, blood tests, etc. and they all say it's anxiety. I have a great life, good family,
and can't imagine what the heck I am so anxious about! This newest thing is weird though. I
don't really feel "dizzy" but I feel like I have been on a boat for a long time. If I am standing still on
a sloping hill or something crooked, I feel very unbalanced, like I may fall. Or, sometimes, in bed,
when I turn, I get bed spin like feelings. I have been searching the internet and this does seem
to fall into anxiety symptoms. I also am researching my sugar intake. I eat way too much sugar
and a lot of sites are saying that can cause or aggravate your anxiety symptoms. Anyone else
hear of this? Well, I'd love to hear more about the weird symptoms! I feel like a hypochondriac when
I keep going to doctors.
