Neutrogena has a acne body wash that works really well, or you can use regular Dial soap which worked good for me. Put it on one of those scrub brushes for your body and *gently scrub - you don't want to irritate it more. It will take time but if you religously scrub your back, it might go away. Mine did. Try to keep your hair off your back too, that will help.

I use ProActiv Deep Cleansing Wash (contains Salicyclic Acid) works well for me and then I use a BP cream afterwards. I too, have the more than occassional acne pimples on my chest and back but the ProActiv has helped very much. It does take a while to see results but it is well worth it.

I have a friend who has had this condition for the longest and she's still trying different products from the derm. Try the ProActiv I'm sure you'll see results.

Good luck.

I have been fighting back acne for 12 years (see my post from July 16th.) It has what I'm going to try. Mainly my approach will attack the cause: Oily, dirty skin & pores that get clogged. I'll let you know if it works. Good luck.
