Has anyone tried drinking dandelion root tea for acne? I did some research on this message board and found some positive reviews. I heard it works for acne by relieving constipation and detoxing the liver. Thanks! IP: Logged |

sounds similar to the lemon water technique that ive been using...ive been thinking for me 2 detox could be the way to go  let us know how it works out for ya!IP: Logged |

dandelion (and other bitter greens, and a couple of roots, especially burdock) are very beneficial for helping the liver to detox a bit. All alcohol and drugs (including just simple tylenol) must be metabolized through the liver, and the poor organ gets overworked. A good clean liver usually results in brighter, clearer skin.
