![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Has anyone tried drinking dandelion root tea for acne? I did some research on this message board and found some positive reviews. I heard it works for acne by relieving constipation and detoxing the liver. Thanks! IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Hmm. No one? Well, I'm going to buy some today and give it a try. I think my acne is related to digestion and hormones. I'll update you guys later to let you know how it's going. IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() dandelion (and other bitter greens, and a couple of roots, especially burdock) are very beneficial for helping the liver to detox a bit. All alcohol and drugs (including just simple tylenol) must be metabolized through the liver, and the poor organ gets overworked. A good clean liver usually results in brighter, clearer skin.
