Breakfast---egg omlet,bacon,sausage,Tuna salad, chicken salad, cheese salad, Atkins instant meal--liquid like slim fast--at GNC stores,eggs scrambled with chunks of cheese like cream cheese or any kind you like--onions, peppers and bacon bits or other chopped meat can be added. Lunch--1 slice of whole wheat low carb bread toasted and piled high with any meat, hamberger, corn beef, vienna sausages, left over meats--no breading, tuna , shrimp--most fish, or hotdogs---no bun---pile high with all the fixings like lettuce dill pickle no sugar catsup, real mayo, mustard, onion, bouion broth with meat and low carb veggies to make soup---any meat salads or egg salad as long as it contains no sugar , small salad , diet jello with a few strawberries and real whipped cream in a can--NO SUGAR kind. Supper-- Any meat, green beans, broccoli, calliflower, any low carb veggies, boiled egg, cheese chunks, celery and green peppers stir fried with chicken r any meat you like---nuts---a few , watch your total carb intake for the day and keep it around 20 untill you have lost all the weight you want to---then add back carbs until you stop losing--that will tell you how many your body needs without making you gain weight. decaf coffe, tea, diet drinks---limit these to one a day ---sweeten without sugar and drink lots and lots of water.
